MISSION:
The Flowers Crossing Communities Co-Op was created to help neighbors save money and strengthen community ties. By pooling our buying power, we’re able to secure 20–40% discounts on products and services we all use.THE PROCESS:
The process is simple. Vendors submit proposals with special neighborhood discounts. The Administrator reviews them, vets vendors, selects the best offers, and shares them in our private Facebook group. Members can then choose to participate or skip — there’s never any obligation.BENEFITS FOR ALL:
This setup makes life easier for everyone. Neighbors enjoy real savings with trusted vendors. Businesses benefit from efficient, high-volume jobs in a single neighborhood. And together, we create a cooperative community built on respect and fairness that benefits all.ABOUT THE ADMINISTRATOR:
The Co-Op is organized by Nichole Meade, a Flowers Crossing at the Mill resident. With more than 25 years of experience in contract negotiation, vendor relations, and international trade within the home improvement and marketing industries, Nichole applies her expertise to carefully evaluate proposals, secure fair pricing, and connect neighbors with trusted vendors. Her focus is on making the buying process simple, stress-free, and rewarding for the entire community.
